An observable class for \(R_{Z\tau/\mu}=\Gamma(Z\to \tau\tau)/\Gamma(Z\to \mu\mu)\).

This class is used to compute the ratio of the \(Z\to \tau\tau\) width to the \(Z\to \mu\mu\) width:

\[ R_{Z\tau/\mu}=\Gamma(Z\to \tau\tau)/\Gamma(Z\to \mu\mu)\,. \]
