An observable class for \(R_{Wc}=\Gamma(W\to cs)/\Gamma(W\to {\rm hadrons})\).

This class is used to compute the ratio of the \(W\to cs\) width to the \(Z\)-boson hadronic width:

\[ R_{Wc}=\Gamma(W\to cs)/\Gamma(W\to {\rm hadrons})\,. \]
