A class for the \(\Delta C_7^L\) correction in \(M \to V \gamma\) decay.

This class is used to compute the \(\Delta C_7^1\) in \(M \to V \gamma\) due to the hadronic parameters \(h_{+,-}\), computed in the MVgamma class:

\[ \Delta C_7^L = \frac {8 \pi^2 M_M^3}{\lambda m_b T_1(0)}|h_-| \,. \]
