A class for the binned observable ratio \(\frac {<\Sigma_6>_{M \to V l_1^+l_1^-}}{<\Sigma_6>_{M \to V l_2^+l_2^-}}\) in \(M \to V l^+l^-\).

This class is used to compute the binned observable ratio \(\frac {<\Sigma_6>_{M \to V l_1^+l_1^-}}{<\Sigma_6>_{M \to V l_2^+l_2^-}}\) in \(M \to V l^+l^-\) in terms of the binned observables \(<{\Sigma_6}>_{M \to V l_i^+l_i^-}\), computed in the MVll class:
